DEPOSITS

A 50% deposit is required upon booking to secure your spot, this deposit is strictly non refundable, however it can be transferred to a different date but you must notify Beauty By Adayah 24 hours before your appointment.

If you have locked in a date for your event and have paid a deposit and would like to subtract the amount of services after the deposit is paid, the total price will remain the same. However if you wish to add more services on the day it will be of an additional price.

LATE ARRIVALS

Please ensure enough time to arrive to your appointment on time. If you arrive 10 minutes late it will result in your appointment being cancelled along with loss of deposit and the remaining appointment balance being charged in full. 

CANCELLATION

If you chose to cancel your appointment you need to do so 24 hours prior to the appointment. Failing to do so will result in full amount of service being charged.

HEALTH AND SAFTEY

Please cancel your appointment if you have any cold & flu like symptoms. If you have any contagious eye/skin conditions (including styes and cold sores) please cancel your appointment.
